K C Lim is currently Country Managing Director for EAC Industrial Ingredients. He holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and an MBA in General Management.

He started his career in the semiconductor industry which spans a period of 12 years, first as an engineer rising to the position of a General Manager.

He was General Manager for 7 years in a distribution business company for semiconductors in Asia Pacific where he gained extensive managerial experience and exposure in distribution sales management.

He also has extensive experience in managing acquisitions and integration of companies.
